Eligibility for Returns: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be approved before shipping them back to us. Non-Returnable Items: Final sale or discounted items Custom or made-to-order pieces Return Process: Email info@bagx.uk with your order number and reason for return. After approval, we’ll provide the return shipping address. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Use a trackable courier. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Exchanges: If you would like a different size or color, email us to confirm availability. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Received a Faulty or Wrong Item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it immediately at no extra cost.
